Performance Food Group is seeking a Contract Coordinator for our Augusta, Maine Opco to provide administrative support to the Contract Management team. You will handle data entry, pricing maintenance, contract documentation, bid support, and customer programs while collaborating with sales teams to keep records accurate.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable processing large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
The Contract Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the Contract Management team, with a primary focus on data entry, pricing maintenance, contract documentation, bid support, and customer programs. This position works closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure contract information, pricing, and customer records are maintained accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-office position at our Augusta, Maine Opco, with extensive computer use, data entry, and electronic file management.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
