Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience writing consumer research surveys.
• Proficient with Qualtrics survey software; program, launch and analyze surveys.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing research vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare questions for three surveys.
• Program survey questions in Qualtrics and test programming.
• Launch and monitor fieldwork; bi-weekly dealer sales monitoring.
• Review, clean and weight raw data.
• Update charts, tables and commentary in PowerPoint reports.
• Manage Escalent as research partner for Early Buyers Survey.
