The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Contract Compliance to lead data management, reporting, and process improvements within the contract compliance department.

You will develop audits, train staff, and support ACA and PREA activities to ensure adherence across facilities. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with five years in corrections or related fields, plus strong writing, analysis, and travel ability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with five (5) years in a Corrections, Law Enforcement, or related capacity; a high school diploma with seven (7) years in the above fields may substitute at management's discretion.
• Two (2) years direct experience in ensuring adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
• Experience in management and administrative procedures with exceptional writing skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Well organized, multi-task oriented.
• Must be available for periodic travel.
• Must be willing to periodically work within prison environments.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Ability to work with computers and the applicable software used by the department.

Aufgaben

• Collects and analyzes results of compliance reviews to identify trends and suggest responses.
• Develops and generates ongoing and ad-hoc reports on contract compliance and improvement issues.
• Manages performance indicators and data to report improvements or concerns.
• Conducts research on IT trends and client directives related to compliance and audit functions.
• Assists in reviewing PREA investigations and ACA reports for thoroughness and compliance.
