The GEO Group, Inc. is a global leader in evidenced-based rehabilitation and correctional services. This role leads contract compliance for an assigned facility group, coordinating audits, reporting, and client communications.

You will supervise compliance staff, ensure adherence to policies, and drive quality control programs across facilities in a national network. This position requires travel and strong writing skills to support client trust and regulatory readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; five years in Corrections, law enforcement or related capacity; high school diploma with seven years of progressive experience may substitute.
• Two years of department-level supervisory experience.
• Two years direct experience ensuring adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
• Experience in management and administrative procedures with exceptional writing skills and computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Routine overnight travel is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• The Manager, Contract Compliance ICE serves as the main point of contact in the corporate compliance process and ensures high-quality audits are accurately conducted, and timely reports are prepared and submitted to the Director of Contract Compliance ICE.
• Schedules reviews, assembles teams, and comprehensively audits each facility within the assigned group at least quarterly to include follow up audits and ad hoc audits as required.
• Facilitates ACA accreditation and PREA certification requirements in coordination with ACA accreditation and PREA certification leads.
• Works closely with Contract Compliance Managers assigned to each region.
• Assists with preparing responses to client oversight issues and correspondence.
• Trains, supervises, evaluates, and mentors subordinate staff on compliance issues.
• Leads the Compliance Administrators, Auditors, and Coordinators to develop facility Quality Control Programs.
• Reads and interprets regulatory requirements, client contracts, and corporate policies.
