Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Contract Compliance ICE to lead contract compliance initiatives for an assigned facility group. You will oversee audits, coordinate reviews, and act as a liaison with clients while ensuring adherence to state, federal, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of professional experience in corrections, law enforcement, or related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years direct experience ensuring adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract compliance audits for assigned facilities and prepare audit reports for the Director.
• Schedule quarterly reviews and coordinate audits across facilities within the group.
• Assist with ACA accreditation and PREA certification coordination.
• Train, supervise, and mentor Compliance Administrators, Auditors, and Coordinators.
