Herc Rentals is seeking a Customer Contract Compliance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of sales contract compliance across the organization, coordinating audits, reviews, and data analysis. This role serves as the primary liaison between Herc Rentals, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of contract compliance or audit experience with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience leading internal and external audits with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for complex findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal contract compliance audits evaluating terms, pricing, SLAs, and policies.
• Manage customer-initiated audits from intake to closure, including data collection and communication.
• Coordinate audit activities across Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, Legal, and other teams.
• Develop executive audit reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Interpret contract terms, pricing, rebates, and service commitments for compliance guidance.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive corrective actions with business leaders.
• Analyze audit trends and propose process improvements to reduce risk.
• Maintain comprehensive audit records and stakeholder updates.
