Job summary

Sony Electronics Inc. seeks a Contract Compensation Analyst to provide project-based and operational support to the Compensation function. You will partner with HRBP, managers, and stakeholders to develop job descriptions, analyze roles, and maintain job architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in compensation or HR.
• Strong Excel skills to automate processes and support calculations and analytics.
• Ability to communicate with employees across the organization.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work outputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analysis and partner with managers and HR Business Partners to develop, update, and maintain job descriptions.
• Support job architecture initiatives by evaluating role scope, responsibilities, and organizational alignment to ensure consistent job leveling and classification.
• Apply established frameworks, standards, and guidelines to maintain high-quality job descriptions and governance practices.
• Assist with compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and reporting to support compensation and organizational design decisions.
• Support day-to-day compensation operations, audits, data management, and project activities.
• Collaborate across HR and business functions on special projects related to compensation, job architecture, and process improvement.
