Qualifications
- Four years of experience managing contracts and related budgets including negotiation, fiscal management, contract development, or contract execution.
- Associate degree may substitute for two years of experience; bachelor's degree for four years; master's degree for five years.
- Passing score on most recent Professional Career Opportunities (PCO) exam encouraged.
- One year of permanent competitive service in a title SG-11 or higher for certain eligibility pathways.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to grantees and process voucher payments and refunds.
- Audit MWBE claims and vouchers and support transition to the Statewide Financial System.
- Assist with budget preparation and internal controls reviews.
