Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing recruiting function. You will manage onsite and virtual interview scheduling, act as primary candidate contact, and coordinate kickoff, debrief, and offer meetings to ensure a smooth interview process.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting coordination or HR operations, strong ATS skills (Greenhouse preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. On-site work is required 4-5 days a week in WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Advanced ATS skills and proficiency in the Microsoft environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Forms); Greenhouse experience preferred.
• On-site work required 4–5 days a week depending on candidate support needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite and virtual interview scheduling for multiple roles and teams, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and logistical support.
• Coordinate Kickoff, Debrief, and Offer Meetings.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of candidate and interview data within the ATS.
• Coordinate candidate travel, expenses, and onboarding logistics as needed.
