Qualifications

• BS with 6+ years or MS with 2+ years of industry experience in biochemistry or molecular biology.
• Experience with biochemical and/or biophysical assays in a drug discovery setting.
• Hands-on protein purification and characterization experience.
• Strong attention to data quality and scientific documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute biochemical and biophysical assays, including FP, TR-FRET, AlphaLISA, SPR, DSF, and analytical SEC.
• Perform compound screening, data capture, QC analysis, and assay troubleshooting.
• Support assay development, optimization, reagent qualification, and workflow improvements.
• Express, purify, and characterize recombinant proteins using chromatography-based methods.
• Conduct protein QC using SDS-PAGE, analytical SEC, and related analytical techniques.
• Maintain laboratory reagents, equipment, inventory, and documentation.
