Job summary

MG M The Law Firm is seeking a part-time contract attorney in any California office location (Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, or San Francisco) to support the Toxic Tort Practice Group. The role centers on substantive motion practice, including drafting and briefing Motions for Summary Judgment and other dispositive motions in complex toxic tort litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.
• Strong litigation-based motion practice experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Prior toxic tort experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

MG M The Law Firm (MG M) has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Contract Attorney in any of our California office locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, or San Francisco. This role will support the Toxic Tort Practice Group and will primarily focus on substantive motion practice, including drafting, reviewing, and supporting Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJs) and other dispositive motions in complex toxic tort litigation.
