Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior contracts attorney to review, negotiate, and redline a high volume of commercial agreements across vendor, marketing, and technology contracts. The role will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SaaS and tech service agreements meet security and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial contracts experience.
• Experience managing 20-25+ contracts simultaneously.
• Strong experience reviewing, negotiating, and redlining MSAs, SOWs, Vendor agreements, Marketing/Agency agreements, Technology and SaaS agreements.
• Indemnification, liability limitations, insurance requirements, termination clauses.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and redline a high volume of commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal business stakeholders on vendor, marketing, and technology contracts.
• Support legal review of SaaS, software, and technology service agreements.
• Evaluate and negotiate security, privacy, and data-use provisions.
• Provide legal guidance surrounding AI use cases and shared data considerations.
• Ensure contracts align with company risk tolerance and legal standards.
• Work independently while handling multiple agreements at varying stages of negotiation.

Must Haves

• 4+ years of commercial contracts experience
• Experience managing 20-25+ contracts simultaneously
• Strong experience reviewing, negotiating, and redlining: MSAs, SOWs, Vendor agreements, Marketing/Agency agreements, Technology and SaaS agreements
• Ability to independently negotiate contract terms related to: Indemnification, Liability limitations, Insurance requirements, Termination clauses
• Experience with technology transactions and technology services agreements
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security provisions

Experience negotiating terms related:

• Data sharing
• Information security
• Privacy compliance
• AI-related contractual risk

Plusses

• Prior in-house counsel experience
• Experience supporting AI products, data-sharing initiatives, or emerging technology programs
• Background supporting corporate technology, digital, or software teams
