• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Prepares athletes for practice or competition, including taping, bracing, and bandaging.
• Instructs patients with home exercise programs and monitors progress during events.
• Documents actions taken and supplies used on an injury report per policy.
• Collaborates with physicians regarding patient plans of care.
• Markets the Phoenix Children's sports medicine program under physician direction.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
