Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support student athletes across Mountain Pointe High School and McClintock High School in Phoenix, AZ. The role is full-time with hours across school days and some weekends, working at two campuses without clinic hours.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually based on experience, plus incentives including up to a $3,500 sign-on bonus and a student debt benefit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• NATA-BOC certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
• Administer athletic training techniques before and during games/practices to reduce injury risk.
• Record progress and adjust plan of care based on athlete response.
• Manage emergencies and coordinate EMS/acute care procedures.
• Engage in outreach events to promote the program and organization.

Banner Physical Therapyis seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide care for our student athletes! In this role, the Athletic Trainer will be floating between Mountain Pointe High School & McClintock High School for up to 40 hours per week. All hours will be dedicated to the HS with no clinic hours required

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000, annually, based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement specific therapeutic programs for injured athletes’ rehabilitation
• Determine the need for and administer proper athletic training techniques before and during games/practices to decrease risk of injury (techniques can include taping, wrapping, bracing, proper hydration and minor wound care)
• Determine the effectiveness of athletic training/rehabilitative techniques and record change as indicated by athlete response within limits of specified plan of care
• Manage emergency incidents, coordinate EMS and acute care procedures including basic life support to reduce the impact on function of an injured athlete.
• Seek outreach opportunities and participate in events to promote the company (races, club teams, etc.)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
• National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification
• CPR certification
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
