Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a Contract Athletic Trainer Program Coordinator to oversee athletic trainer staffing for league games and events, while advancing the Sports Medicine program.

You will hire, schedule, train staff, collaborate with coaches and leadership, and create content to promote the program. This full-time role requires Arizona AT licensure, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ATC staff for league games, tournaments and events.
• Serve as point of contact for league coordinators, contracted athletic training services, outside organizations and sports medicine programs.
• Collaborate with sports medicine leadership to promote the program to internal and external audiences.
• Provide direct patient/athlete care and assist with clinical procedures as needed.
• Assist with planning and coordination of the annual Sports Medicine Conference.
