Responsibilities

  • Review and organize agreement submissions, contract records, milestones, obligations, and related documents.
  • Support steps in the contract lifecycle: intake, review, approval, execution, and post-execution tracking.
  • Enter, update, and maintain agreement information in contract management tools.
  • Research and summarize key terms, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate on projects with TCL team members and partners across R&D, finance, business, and legal operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements: templates, trackers, reference materials, and contract-related databases.
  • Own a primary summer project: coordinate meetings, track tasks, document progress, share updates.
  • Present a final project summary highlighting work, key takeaways, and impact.

This internship would give hands-on experience with agreements that support our research and development (R&D) organization in a collaborative, business-focused environment.
