Fourth Floor is seeking an Assistant Merchant on a contract basis in New York City. The role supports the Merchandising team with data entry, sample management, showroom coordination, and CAD deck updates. A fast-paced environment requires strong organization and clear communication.

Candidates with fashion/merchandising exposure or admin support experience, and familiarity with PLM systems, are favored. This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and teamwork in a dynamic fashion setting.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in fashion, merchandising, product development, or administrative support is a plus.
• Experience with PLM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with system setup, maintenance, and data entry to ensure accurate product information.
• Manage, organize, and track samples for the Men’s Accessories team.
• Assist with showroom setup and breakdowns for meetings, presentations, and seasonal market appointments.
• Update and maintain CAD decks and other merchandising materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team, helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure product information and materials are up to date.
