• AP Invoice Processing, Data Entry Accuracy.
• Accounts Payable: Assists with all clerical functions of Accounts Payable.
• Match invoices to receipts, voucher invoices in the system, review and address unmatched costs, cut checks, mail check.
• Manage multiple checking account balances
• Responsible for record retention
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping function backup
