Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) in Windsor, CT is seeking a Contract Analyst to lead contract oversight from multiple funding sources.

The role includes budgeting, reporting, and handling accounts receivable policies and procedures from their Central Office in Windsor. The ideal candidate will monitor amendments and budgets, prepare revisions, support the Finance team with billing and forecasting, and ensure accurate monthly closes and funding source compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related business discipline; three years’ experience in Contracts or Accounting.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently on complex issues, research and analysis with problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• General understanding of various business models and able to apply financial planning and analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics GP, Ariett, Evolv, Planning Budget systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI tracking of contract amendments, budgets and quarterly reporting.
• Prepare internal and external budget revisions as directed.
• Assist programs with questions regarding contracts.
• Support Finance in billing, reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and monthly close.
• Reconcile monthly/quarterly reports from HR, Payroll and Accounting.
• Complete quarterly financial reports to funding sources.
• Work on RFP budgets with Development team as needed.
• Maintain integrity of existing contracts.
