The Contract Analyst drafts, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts for various clients (i.e., self-funded, fully-insured, public, and labor) of a benefits administration company. They ensure compliance with company standards while meeting and exceeding accessibility, quality, and cost initiatives. They also verify contract compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15 per hour. The actual salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentives.
