You will design micro-learnings and simulations, manage content through MLR processes, and ensure programs meet regulatory standards while partnering with stakeholders to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of instructional design experience, ideally in pharma or life sciences

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, memorable, and effective learning experiences.
• Build micro-learnings, AI practice simulations, and courses on Sana Labs and other AI tools.
• Use AI throughout the design process from draft to prototype to real scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and MLR review processes.
