Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing engineering and construction projects with budget oversight and execution.
• Planning, scheduling and quality management during project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Federal Hubs Program Office on contract performance reporting, schedule submittals, and certifications.
• Serve as primary contact between project team and Federal Hub Owner's Representative for contract-related communications.
• Maintain a contract deliverables requirements matrix (CDRM) and ensure submission of reports and documentation.
• Review and flow down applicable Federal Hub contract clauses to project team, including EPC obligations and supplier requirements.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and correspondence to maintain a defensible record of decisions.
• Lead negotiation of contract modifications and change orders with project controls and legal.
• Assist in schedule reviews to assess contractual risk and milestone obligations.
• Conduct contract closeout activities including final invoice reconciliation and lien release.
