Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Contract Administrator for Federal Hub Gas Plant Projects on a 1-year contract (W-2). Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408, with a preference for on-site but open to remote for the right candidate.

You will manage prime contract obligations under Federal Hub contracts and ensure milestones and deliverables are met. You will coordinate with the Federal Hubs Program Office and stakeholders, maintain documentation, and negotiate contract modifications with

Qualifications

6+ years of experience managing engineering and construction projects with budget oversight and execution.
Planning, scheduling, and quality management during project execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Federal Hubs Program Office (FPO) and stakeholders on contract performance reporting, schedule submittals, and certifications.
Serve as primary contact between project team and Federal Hub Owner's Representative for all contract-related communications.
Maintain a contract deliverables requirements matrix and ensure submission of reports, plans, and documents.
Review and interpret Federal Hub contract clauses to project team, including EPC obligations and supplier requirements.
Track RFIs, submittals, and correspondence logs to keep a defensible project record.
Lead preparation, pricing, and negotiation of contract modifications with project controls and legal.
Assist in schedule reviews to assess contractual risk and milestones.
Conduct contract closeout activities including final invoices and release of liens.
