AGS - American Gaming Systems seeks a Contract Administrator in Las Vegas, NV to support Account Executives by managing contracts through their lifecycle, including drafting, reviews, revisions, execute, and upkeep of contract database.

You will handle purchase orders, coordinate with Sales Administration, and ensure timely, compliant contract processing while maintaining strong internal client relations and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2–5 years’ corporate legal or sales operations experience.
  • Paralegal degree or certification is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning well in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepares routine contracts and documents for multiple divisions with minimal supervision.
  • Manages contracts through their lifecycle including drafting, reviews and execution.
  • Maintains and updates contract database with organized files.
  • Processes customer purchase orders in accordance with guidelines.
  • Coordinates with Sales Administration to generate contracts for gaming equipment.
  • Maintains consistent communications with internal clients via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes workload.
  • Researches projects as directed by corporate attorneys or supervisor.
  • Supports customer service related to contracts to meet sales goals.
  • Participates in ad hoc projects to improve contract processes.

Job description

The Contract Administrator provides support to our Account Executives by managing contracts through their lifecycle. Contract drafting, reviews, revisions, addendums, execution, upkeep of contract database, contract searches, customer purchase order processing, researching and special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepares routine contracts and other documents with a high degree of accuracy for multiple divisions within the company, including purchase and lease contracts for customers according to company policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of and familiarity with the company's business, its people, products, markets, facilities, customers and competitors and utilizes that knowledge in working with internal clients
  • Maintains and continually strives to improve internal client relations by building credibility and creating an atmosphere of positive teamwork and problem solving.
  • Maintains organized, up-to-date, contract files within the company’s contract database.
  • Processes customer purchase order in accordance with set guidelines.
  • Coordinates with Sales Administration department to ensure accurate generation of contracts for gaming equipment
  • Maintains consistent communications with internal clients, including in-person discussions, telephone calls, and emails
  • Meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritizes work load to efficiently meet the needs of internal and external customers
  • Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys or immediate supervisor
  • Undertakes ad hoc projects under supervision of attorney or immediate supervisor
  • Provides customer service support as it relates to contracts, ensuring the best possible customer service for internal and external customers while meeting the sales goals and objectives of the company
  • May participate in projects to improve contract processes
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2-5 years’ corporate legal or sales operations experience
  • Paralegal Degree or Certification is a plus
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills to ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while functioning well in a team environment
  • Ability to apply logic and rationale to solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use company resources as needed to complete required tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, be proactive, take initiative, and ensure follow-through
  • Strong sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to understand general business operations, issues and dynamics beyond the scope of basic legal issues
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry
