HCM in Baltimore seeks a Specialist - Contracts and Governance to support the Legal and Risk Management team. You will review and generate contracts and amendments, coordinate with project teams, and manage contract workflows.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in an office setting, strong communication and analytical skills, with familiarity in Deltek Vantagepoint, DocuSign, and architectural contract software. Hybrid schedule with three on-site days.

Our Legal and Risk Management team is looking for a Specialist - Contracts and Governance to join our team, preferably in Baltimore.

The projected base salary for this full-time position is $65,000 to $73,000. HCM’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual’s education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM’s total compensation package for employees.
