Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Permanent Contract Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with advanced Excel skills and auditing experience to contribute to our organization's contractual processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts - including negotiation, coordination, and administration. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role or field.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of contracts from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with laws and regulations, and meet the organization’s guidelines and requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
  • Review and update existing contracts.
  • Analyze and resolve contract issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure contractual terms are understood and implemented.
  • Conduct audits on contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare reports on the status of contracts for management.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on contractual matters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience in auditing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and legal terminology.
  • Ability to analyze contract terms and identify issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and laws is a plus.
