You will download financial data, perform variance reconciliations, manage debit/credit postings, and support routine administrative functions while cross-training to assist Receptionist/Dispatcher when

Qualifications

6 months to 1+ year of Accounting Clerk experience required.
Core skills include AP/AR, General Ledger, 10-key entry, debit/credit processing, and variance reconciliation.
Strong proficiency with CSV downloads and data transfers between systems; experience with Google Sheets and Excel is essential.
Must pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Data Reconciliation & Projects: download financial reports (CSV), analyze debits/credits, calculate variances and make adjustments.
AP/AR & Data Entry: assist with accounts payable/receivable and post updates across systems.
General Ledger & Administrative: support GL maintenance and routine office tasks.
Cross-Training & Support: back up Receptionist/Dispatcher duties as needed.
