Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite).

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end and year-end close activities with journal entries, accruals, and depreciation entries.
• Maintain fixed asset sub-ledger and reconcile with general ledger.
• Record cash applications of customer payments.
• Support revenue accounting by booking revenue transactions as needed.
• Assist inventory accounting with balance checks and variances.
• Prepare reconciliations and analyses to support audit readiness.
• Review coding and maintain chart of accounts.
• Support project invoicing and revenue recognition reporting.
