Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor assigned patients to ensure safety.
• Maintain continuous visual observation with relief by appropriate personnel.
• Follow infection control procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Report safety hazards or changes in patient condition to the RN immediately.
• Assist with non-clinical tasks to reduce anxiety and restlessness.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and respect during care activities.
• Complete delegated duties accurately and in a timely manner as directed by the RN.
