The role requires 0–1 year of healthcare experience and a BCLS certification within 14 days of hire. The position offers full-time hours, day shift, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience as a patient sitter or in a healthcare setting.
• BCLS certification required within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned patients to ensure safety following hospital policies.
• Maintain continuous visual observation and stay with the patient unless relieved.
• Report safety hazards or changes in condition to the RN immediately.
• Assist with non-clinical tasks to reduce anxiety and restlessness.
• Ensure infection control and privacy standards are followed.
