Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year of manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.
• Lead and develop associates, hire and train, assign duties, and recognize performance to promote belonging.
• Guide change initiatives, track KPIs, communicate effectively across teams, and ensure safety and compliance.
