Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain or related field and 2 years in a senior management role within operations, distribution or logistics environment.
• 2 years experience as Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates;
• 4 years in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment with hiring and promotion responsibilities facility-wide.

Responsibilities

• Participate in local and community organizations and philanthropic activities and advocate for company-sponsored programs and events.
• Manage assigned financial responsibilities including budget monitoring, asset management, and corporate reporting analysis.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback, identify training needs, and participate in hiring and promotion.
