Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Project Performance Specialist to improve Engineering and Construction project execution processes. You will manage the Lessons Learned Program, promote knowledge sharing, and coordinate technical training to strengthen project delivery across the organization.

The role focuses on driving continuous improvements, developing performance dashboards, and collaborating with leadership to implement best practices in project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project management, construction, or related roles.
• Experience facilitating workshops, lessons learned, or cross-functional sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends.
• Proven collaboration and communication with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lessons Learned Program and coordinate knowledge sharing across E&C.
• Facilitate business unit roundtables for peer information sharing and development.
• Track lessons learned, implement improvements, and close action items.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Promote adoption of best practices across the organization.
