How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and implement process improvement strategies across the value stream.
Manage Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Create a pipeline of future improvement projects.
Mentor and coach CI project leaders through the certification process.
Ensure accurate capture and reporting of KPIs and performance metrics.
Leverage best practices to drive value and consistency across the organization.
Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or relevant experience.
Five (5+) years of experience in applying Lean tools.
Lean Black Belt certification preferred.
Proven experience in facilitating Kaizen events.
Strong leadership in improvement initiatives using Lean and/or Six Sigma.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships and drive initiatives.
