Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Crystal Springs, Mississippi, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean transformation across the value stream.

You will apply ITM-based methods, coach cross-functional teams, and lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. You will partner with operations, engineers, and front-line staff to eliminate waste, deploy the ITM system, and build a culture of accountability and engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement experience.
