• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement.
• Lean systems experience (e.g., ITM, TPS, Danaher, Honeywell).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across all levels in a fast-paced environment.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.

How You'll Make an Impact
