Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking an Integrated Transformation Systems Leader to drive continuous improvement across the Bland, VA Focus Factory.

You will champion transformation of the entire value chain, boosting safety, quality, delivery, and inventory while reducing cost and building organizational capability. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing or quality with proven change leadership and cost-out experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
  • Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
  • Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.

  • Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
  • Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
  • Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
  • Lead Cost‑out projects and guide others through successful execution.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
  • Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Experience leading change and influencing without authority.
  • Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems.
