Plant Manager - Motors and Mechanical
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive a culture of operational excellence by leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This role focuses on eliminating waste, increasing efficiency, and sustaining a high-performing, organized work environment. The CI Manager will lead Lean, Kaizen, and 6S initiatives, train employees in CI methodologies, and ensure alignment with long-term business goals. The work model for the role is: #LI - Onsite.
