Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: Sturgis, MI 49091

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

We are the leading walk-in van body manufacturer in North America producing over 7,500 vehicles annually. Our portfolio of customers serves multiple industries and delivery applications. The primary industry served by these vans is parcel pickup & delivery, as most online orders are delivered by a Walk-In stepvan. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the CI team, facilitate lean events, and manage standardized outcomes within our Sturgis, MI facility.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the development and implementation of production and daily management systems utilizing lean manufacturing tools
• Initiate and support cost reduction initiatives with documented evidence for audits
• Lead continuous improvement efforts including layout and flow process improvements, applying best practices
• Support, mentor, and train team members in lean tools
• Conduct annual value stream mapping events, track results, and identify initiatives for future state improvements

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or related field
• 5+ years in a continuous improvement role
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Minitab
