Job description

Airswift is working in partnership with a publicly traded manufacturer of nonwovens as roll goods for wipes as well as for medical and hygiene products, which is currently looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Manager for their facility in South Carolina.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Holds a Bachelors or significant CI management experience
• Change agent with the ability to influence without managing, navigating successfully both cross-functionally and top to bottom of an organization.
• Ability to coach and train teams with no or limited knowledge of TPM/ Kaizen principles.
• Understanding and experience effectively communicating in a multicultural environment
• Hands-on experience with a holistic approach to the pillars of TPM/ WCO/WCM and/or prior experience managing kaizen teams within a manufacturing environment
• Lean Certification

Desirable Skills and Experience Required:

• Understanding of cost & loss principles at a manufacturing facility
• Advanced Kaizen, TPI or Lean Manager certification
• Nonwovens or similar industry experience
