Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager. This role can sit remotely but must be within a 50-mile radius of any major airport in the United States such as: Chicago, Atlanta, Michigan.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750.0 - $181,500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Primary Function:
As the Continuous Improvement Manager at Eaton, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the enterprise-wide standard Continuous Improvement program. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a problem-solving culture, driving the Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS), and collaborating with business leaders to execute the strategy across the organization.

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, business, or related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience leading manufacturing operations and / or Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma program and related disciplines on a global scale.
• Certified and Active Six Sigma Belt
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of a major airport in the United States such as Chicago, Atlanta, Michigan to be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred:
• Master’s Degree
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt
• Demonstrated track record of success in areas of Lean and Six Sigma, with an emphasis on Problem Solving
• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor others in the Problem Solving and methodology
• Excellent Instructor and influence skills to enable visible and collaborative leadership
• Ability to lead effectively and drive alignment across a complex global matrixed environment
This role requires 50% travel.
