We are currently hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager in our Breinigsville, PA brewery.

The Focused Improvement Manager will focus on developing our co-workers' ability to access accurate, real-time data and utilize it to eliminate inefficiencies through rigorous root cause analysis. This role involves cross-functional leadership, supporting shopfloor operations, operational leaders, and process engineers, with expertise in data systems and root cause analysis tools.
The salary range for this role, if hired, is $76,500 - $135,200 annually, depending on location and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance, and certain sales roles may receive a car allowance.
