We are currently hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager in our Breinigsville, PA brewery.
Boston Beer Company is experiencing rapid growth, and we are developing our manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing market demand. To support this, we are fostering a culture of Operational Excellence through our Unrivaled Performance (UP) program, based on the Integrated Work Systems (IWS) method and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Our goal is to increase capacity and agility across our diverse product portfolio by applying these principles and tools, bringing processes, skills, and tools to our brewery team members.
The Focused Improvement Manager will focus on developing our co-workers' ability to utilize accurate, real-time data to identify and eliminate inefficiencies through root cause analysis. This cross-functional leadership role supports shopfloor teams, operational leaders, and process engineers, requiring expertise in data systems and root cause analysis tools.

Salary range: $76,500 – $135,200 annually, depending on experience and location. Eligible for bonuses and other perks.
