What you’ll do
  1. Manage all Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and projects in the plant. Implement a CI strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  2. Develop and implement plans for production personnel, especially regarding CI training; coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners on projects.
  3. Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
  4. Organize and facilitate improvement workshops; lead the team, coordinate, and follow up on implementation.
  5. Coach the use of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools, fostering the mindset and behaviors needed to sustain the CI program.
  6. Partner with managers and departments on projects/initiatives to ensure actions and results.
  7. Manage and oversee the deployment of the CI program; develop and manage the Lean Six Sigma capability development program.
  8. Track progress of the master plan, provide advice, and identify potential obstacles.
