Our client is a 8 billion dollar paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 18-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who can drive results. This facility was acquired several years back and retained the family atmosphere but has large company resources. They have expectations for yearly savings but the entire team has been trained in Lean and simply needs a leader to steer the ship.
