JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager (Regional CI Manager) partners with corporate and plant leadership to develop and implement growth and improvement strategies across multiple sites. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic action plans with operations teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives for high-performance operating systems.
  • Support cost-saving improvement plans and act as a change agent to foster a culture of problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Coach employees in lean manufacturing and CI methodologies.
  • Design engineering solutions for operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze plant data to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
  • Manage multiple projects and influence internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Support capital projects, including design, quoting, and AFE management.
  • Contribute to capital budgeting processes.
  • Participate in quality initiatives to meet company goals.
  • Develop training programs for lean skills and mentor employees toward lean certification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Process Engineering or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in lean manufacturing/repair environments with supervisory roles.
  • At least 3 years working with employees at all levels on Lean/CI methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple sites and deploying lean strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and developing solutions.
  • Knowledge of machinery, tools, and their applications.
  • Leadership and team-building experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% across North America.

Salary Range: $107,000 - $140,000
