Reporting Line

This position reports to IS Operational Effectiveness Lead - IA.

Your role and responsibilities

The Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) position offers an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative IS team that values a quality-driven culture. You will lead the team into the next phase of maturity by influencing, identifying, implementing, and continuously improving key processes, communications, and program maturity across the organization. We seek a candidate with technical expertise and the ability to engage and drive change in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications for the role

• Proven experience in leading, facilitating, designing, and executing IS communications.
• The ability to influence, engage, and manage change within a highly diverse organization.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process development maturity models.
• The ability to leverage data to drive improvements, including the development and tracking of KPIs.
• A strong commitment to promoting and leading programs that ensure project compliance and adherence to standards.
