TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency and quality in power construction. This role involves collaboration with various teams to implement Lean principles and optimize workflows across projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in power construction or similar heavy construction environments.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
• Experience with project controls and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the CI roadmap for the power construction business.
• Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions across project sites.
• Analyze project execution metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
