This role will lead strategic initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and enhancing project delivery outcomes. You will work closely with various teams to implement Lean principles and optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 5–10 years of experience in the industrial construction sector. A Lean Six Sigma certification and strong data analysis capabilities are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in power construction, industrial construction, utilities, EPC, or similar.
• Proven experience driving process improvements in field and project-based settings.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the CI roadmap for the power construction business unit.
• Promote and implement Lean construction principles.
• Analyze project execution metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
