Job summary

Fortune 500 manufacturing organization is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader responsible for Lean Manufacturing and CI strategy, driving margin through sustainment of plant KPI's and waste elimination.

The role involves leading onsite Lean and CI efforts, utilizing techniques like Hochin and Kaizen, and coordinating with maintenance and Operations to deliver site-wide improvements and sustained performance.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in technical field is required.
Candidate should possess at least 4 years of CI/Lean manufacturing experience within high speed manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Act as a resource for CI techniques such as Hochin, Kaizen and other Lean methods.
Lead the CI group activities including interaction with maintenance and Operations to drive site-wide improvements.
Facilitate CI events to drive 6S, plant improvement and waste reduction in production processes.
Drive engagement with production personnel to participate in improvement opportunities.
Ensure improvement activity is communicated, understood and supported across the organization.
